Location: North ManchesterSalary: 17.00 per hour PAYEHours: DaysContract: Temporary to PermanentOvertime: Available at enhanced T1/2 and T2 ratesKinetic plc are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join a modern manufacturing facility in North Manchester.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for a temporary-to-permanent position, working on a varied range of manufacturing projects including one-off fabrications and batch production.The RoleYou will be responsible for producing high-quality welds across a range of materials, thicknesses and welding positions.The work will include:TIG and MIG weldingWelding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminiumWelding stainless steel from as thin as 0.9mmWelding mild steel up to approximately 10mmWorking on both one-off fabrications and batch productionWorking to different welding positions and techniquesMaintaining consistently high standards of weld quality and finishReading and working from engineering drawingsEnsuring work is completed safely, accurately and to production requirementsThe welds will not be coded, but a high standard of workmanship is essential, particularly when working with thin-gauge stainless steel.About YouWe are looking for an experienced welder with strong TIG/MIG capabilities and a proven background within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Essential:Strong TIG welding experienceMIG welding experienceProven ability to TIG weld stainless steel from ..... full job details .....
