Time Management Consultant Rate: 598 per day - Umbrella only Duration: 2 months Location: Huntingdon - 2 days a week on siteRequired skill/ experienceTime Management Analysis and DesignPayroll SupportEnsure accurate Time-to-Pay integration.Validate payroll-impacting time data during testing and parallel payroll runs.Work closely with Payroll teams to resolve time-related payroll discrepancies.Analyze existing SAP ECC Time Management configuration and business processes.Participate in workshops to gather business requirements and assess impacts on TimeManagement processes.Support the design of the Time Management solution within the S/4HANA environment.Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize time-related processes.Configuration and BuildConfigure and support SAP Time Management components, including:Work SchedulesDaily and Period Work SchedulesHoliday CalendarsAttendance TypesAbsence TypesLeave Entitlements and QuotasTime EvaluationTime Wage Type GenerationOvertime and Shift Premium ProcessingReview and remediate existing custom developments and enhancements where required.Should be able to write Time management PCRs and modify Time SchemaIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website. ..... full job details .....
