This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you will coordinate shipments, manage customer requirements and ensure customs and invoicing processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate express, AOG/NFO and time-critical shipments. Manage customer queries and operational issues through to resolution. Liaise with airlines, hauliers, co-loaders and transport providers. Process import/export documentation and submit customs declarations. Ensure HMRC customs compliance and manage queries through to closure. Complete accurate sales invoicing and job costing. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
