This means you’re not just working *for* the company – you’re working *with* it, as part of a collective that shares in its performance, success, and long-term sustainability.-**Role Overview**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Time and Study / Continuous Improvement Manager** to join our operational team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving efficiency, productivity, and process quality through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.You will conduct time and motion studies, working closely with Design on new model introduction to develop accurate labour standards, and champion Lean methodologies across all departments, helping to ensure we operate at peak performance — for the benefit of our customers, our company, and our employee-owners.-**Key Responsibilities**1. Conduct detailed time and motion studies initially in Design to establish standard times and then in production to identify areas for improvement2. Analyse current processes and workflows to reduce waste and increase efficiency3. Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives across the factory4. Work with production teams to implement and sustain lean practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping5. Provide training and coaching to teams on improvement tools and methodologies6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation7. Support production planning, resource allocation, and factory layout improvements8. Measure the results of CI initiatives and report on performance metrics-**About You**1. Previous experience in time and motion studies or industrial engineering2. Strong knowledge of Lean/CI methodologies and tools3. Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving4. Excellent communication and influencing skills5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools6. Ideally from a manufacturing background – furniture or fast-paced production preferred7.
