KEY RESPONSBILITY Mix and apply water-based coatings, including paints, stains, primers, and clear finishes, in accordance with job specifications Set up and operate spray equipment such as HVLP, air-assisted, and airless spray systems Ensure uniform colour, coverage, and finish quality across all completed products Examine finished work for defects including runs, dry spray, or colour variation Complete touch-ups and corrective rework as required to meet quality standards Clean, service, and store spray equipment correctly, with attention to water-based coating requirements Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines Keep the spray booth and finishing area clean, tidy, and well maintained Achieve production targets while consistently meeting quality expectations Prepare timber doors and frames by sanding, filling, cleaning, and masking surfaces prior to spraying Qualifications and Experience Proven experience working as a timbe...
