This hands-on workshop role suits an experienced furniture maker, cabinet maker or joiner who takes pride in accurate, high-quality assembly.The RoleAssemble bespoke furniture and cabinetry to technical drawings and specifications.Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber-based components to precise dimensions.Glue, fit and clamp components and sub-assemblies into complete units.Install and adjust hinges, drawer runners, catches, locks, handles and associated hardware.Sand and prepare joints and surfaces ready for finishing.Safely operate and maintain woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools.Inspect completed work against quality requirements and specifications.Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop and support occasional site work.What you will bringProven experience as a furniture maker, cabinet maker, joiner or within a similar woodworking role.Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, hand tools, joinery techniques and timber-based materials.Ability to interpret technical drawings and work accurately from measurements.High attention to detail with practical problem-solving skills.A reliable and ..... full job details .....
