Job Title: Tiler - Social Housing Projects Location: West Bromwich, Cannock, Walsall, Wolverhampton Pay: 150 - 160 per day (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent or Self-EmployedWe are currently looking for an experienced Tiler to join our team, working across multiple properties in the West Midlands region, including West Bromwich, Cannock, Walsall, and Wolverhampton.The Role: You will be responsible for tiling kitchens and bathrooms as part of planned maintenance works within the social housing sector. This includes preparing surfaces, cutting and laying tiles to a high standard, grouting, and finishing to professional specifications.Requirements:Minimum 5 years'' tiling experience (preferred)Proven experience working in social housingMust hold a full UK driving licenceAble to manage workload independently and work to tight deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipStrong customer service and communication skillsNVQ Level 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling (preferred but not essential)Schedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availability (optional)We Offer:Competitive day rate of 150 - 160, based on experienceConsistent work across local sitesOpportunities for permanent employment or self-employed ..... full job details .....
