We are founded by ex-TikTok employees and industry leaders.There is a huge shift in the media landscape as a new generation of consumers engages with social media to research products and shape their buying decisions rather than searching in traditional channels.Our mission is to guide brands on how they can maximise the exploding social commerce opportunity on TikTok and drive meaningful results for their business.About The RoleWe are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about TikTok culture and audience and engagement and is keen to start or develop their career in the social commerce space. The Account Executive will support our Account team to deliver an effective TikTok Shop, Ads and Organic content strategy and service to our clients across sports, beauty and fashion sectors and more.You will;Support the team to plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and sales events, coordinating closely with content teams.Support the team to build and manage long-term affiliate partnerships that align with client growth goals.Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop LIVEs, from product selection to host coordination and fulfillment readiness.Manage content calendars and scheduling, including writing on-brand, SEO-optimized captions.Collaborate with the content and production teams to provide real-time community feedback that shapes content direction.Contribute to TikTok community buildingOptimise performance, analysing performance data and lead reporting with clear, actionable insights.Be an advocate for TikTok Shop, continually innovate and Drive client retention and growth through consistently strong results and account expansionDevelop and have a good understanding of cultural trends on TikTok, and the creator landscapeWhat you will bringOnyx is an early stage business which means we are looking for people with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit who can play a key role in helping us to create long-term client relationships, drive our business metrics, build an enviable culture and have fun along the way .Essential skills for the role:Fluent in English, with strong working German (B2 minimum level)An ability to move and learn fast in a start up environmentDeep knowledge of culture and what makes communities thrive on TikTokExcellent written and verbal presentation skillsStrong statistical and analytical skills with ability to interrogate data and make appropriate campaign management decisionswithAble to use Google and Microsoft suite of work applications to build docs and presentationsAbility to think and work independently, multi-task and meet deadlinesA focus on process design and improvement and attention to detailDegree or equivalent strong educational backgroundAdaptability and resilienceAdditional skills a bonus:Experience of social commerce, social media, TikToK Shop/Ads management in a commercial environmentEvidence of delivering to targets in a work experience capacityExperience managing clients and leading client stakeholder meetingsExperience using social scheduling and reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite or SprinklrAny design or production skills (Adobe, Capcut and plus)What we can offerOnyx is an entrepreneurial and innovative business operating in a pioneering sector.
