TikTok Live Director
to lead our live commerce division, shaping strategy, managing operations, and delivering world-class live shopping experiences.The RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, operational delivery, and commercial success of Somerce’s TikTok Live offering. You’ll oversee everything from live show planning and studio management to creator partnerships, client relationships, and campaign performance.You’ll work closely with clients, creators, the Somerce team, and TikTok’s own partner teams to make sure every live stream hits the mark – delivering measurable results while keeping viewers engaged and coming back for more.What You’ll DoSet the vision for TikTok Live across Somerce, aligning with client goals and wider agency strategyOversee the end-to-end execution of live commerce campaigns – from ideation to reportingLead live studio operations, ensuring the highest quality production and on-brand deliveryRecruit, brief, and manage TikTok Live presenters and creatorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on all things TikTok ShopWork with account managers to integrate live shopping into broader e-commerce and social strategiesManage campaign calendars, promotional plans, product selections, and influencer partnershipsMonitor and optimise performance metrics to maximise sales, engagement, and ROIRepresent Somerce at events, in client pitches, and within TikTok’s partner programmesMentor and develop the live commerce team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvementManage budgets for live campaigns, ensuring profitability and efficient allocation of resourcesSpot new trends, tools, and formats to keep Somerce ahead of the competitionRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience leading TikTok Live or live commerce campaigns at scaleDeep knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the live shopping ecosystemStrong commercial acumen – able to translate live content into measurable business impactExperience managing presenters, creators, or influencersExcellent client relationship skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation is keyStrong leadership skills with experience growing and managing teamsCompetitive salary based on experience£50 monthly gym membershipUp to 10 days per year work from anywhere28 days holidayRegular team socialsPersonal development allowanceOpportunities to attend industry events and travel for live ..... full job details .....
