In this role, you will take ownership of strategy, campaign planning, creator partnerships, product optimisation, and sales performance.You must understand TikTok culture, know how to drive conversions through content, and be confident managing KPIs. Your goal is scale sales, increased visibility, and create a best-in-class TikTok shopping experience.Key Responsibilities1. TikTok Shop Strategy and Growth:Develop and execute a monthly growth plan for TikTok Shop.Lead optimisation of product listings (SEO, creatives, pricing strategy, and conversion improvements).Identify high-potential products and plan promotional cycles.2. Campaign Planning and Management:Manage TikTok Shop promotional events (mega sales, themed campaigns, seasonal drops).Secure platform support and promotional placements.Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaign assets.3.
