Since launching, the business has established itself as one of the fastest-growing challenger brands in its category, achieving significant year-on-year growth and expanding its presence across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.The Role: As the business continues to expand, they''re looking for a TikTok Affiliate and UGC Executive to take ownership of one of their fastest-growing marketing channels and help shape the future of their creator strategy.Key Responsibilities:Own and develop the TikTok Shop Affiliate programme, delivering strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition and brand awareness.Identify, recruit and onboard high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates that align with the brand and target audience.Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout every campaign.Plan and execute affiliate and UGC campaigns to support product launches, promotional activity and seasonal marketing initiatives.Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs and creator communications to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics including affiliate sales, conversion rates, engagement and ROI.Use performance insights and market trends to continually optimise creator partnerships ..... full job details .....
