MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator Location: Leicester Salary: 18.00 - 20.00 per hour DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established and growing engineering business based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator welder looking for a stable, long-term role with regular overtime available and the chance to work on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities Carrying out high-quality MIG and TIG welding Fabricating components and assemblies to specification Working with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and some aluminium Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for fabrication Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Conducting quality checks on completed work About You To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience as a MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator Strong fabrication skills and the ability to work independently Experience welding mild steel and stainless steel Exposure to aluminium welding would be advantageous The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality A ..... full job details .....
