Workloads are growing, and they need another experienced pair of hands on the shop floor to help keep quality and output where it needs to be. The role will involve a mix of sheet metal fabrication, folding, punching and TIG welding across low-volume and bespoke work. They’re looking for someone who can work from drawings, think practically and take ownership of the quality of their work. This isn’t repetitive production-line welding.
