      <description>Location: Hailsham | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | To ensure all TIG Welding projects are completed in conformance with specifications and set time scales.   Fabrication and welding of vacuum chambers, components and subassemblies as required in line with planned manufacturing operations to defined quality standards and timescales.   Complete projects in accordance with planned schedules aligning fabrication and welding workload with machine shop operations.   Quality Control evaluations. Set up and running of leak checking operations using mass spectrometry equipment, (helium leak detectors) on all chamber vessels.   ESSENTIAL SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE    Manages personal workload, meeting all targets set.   Works well within the team, maintaining effective relationships with colleagues in welding department.   Demonstrates a flexible attitude coping with changing priorities in a fast paced environment.   Understands the importance of quality, time frames and customer requirements.   Looks for continuous improvement in quality and time saving solutions.   Completes work in a effective and safe manner, following guidelines.   Ability to prioritise projects throughout team to achieve targets incorporating CIT, (call in time / Overtime).  ...</description>
