This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality welded assemblies across a variety of materials, within a collaborative and safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out TIG welding to a high standard, particularly on aluminium and stainless steel. Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings. Ensure compliance with welding procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Maintain and use welding jigs, fixtures, and equipment effectively. Work independently or as part of a team to achieve production targets. Contribute to 5S initiatives and continuous improvement across the shop floor. What We re Looking For Skills and Attributes: Strong TIG welding ability (aluminium and stainless steel essential) Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality Clear communication and team-working skills Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude Safety-conscious in all aspects of work Experience: Essential: Proven TIG welding experience with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel Desirable: Fabrication/fitting experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing practices Qualifications: Essential: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths ..... full job details .....
