My client is a leading manufacturer in the WF6 area.The company specialise in the design and manufacture of a bespoke range of products.The PositionDue to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join our production team. This role is a key addition to support ongoing expansion and manufacturing demand.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have strong TIG welding and fabrication experience and will be responsible for producing high-quality assemblies.Main DutiesFabricate components and assemblies in accordance with supplied engineering drawings and 3D modelsCollaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure technical information is accurate and clearInspect and ensure work is completed correctly and presented to a high standard before progressing to the next stageRequirementsProven experience in MIG & TIG welding, including work with jigs, fixtures, and freehand fabricationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings to relevant industry standardsStrong fabrication skills with the ability to work precisely from technical drawingsProficiency in using fixtures, jigs, cutting, forming, and assembly processesComfortable using computers to interpret and measure 3D modelsSolid hands-on technical and practical experiencePersonal AttributesReliable, enthusiastic, and adaptableAble to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and workload management skillsMotivated, proactive, and deadline-focusedPositive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindsetEducation & ExperienceGood understanding of manufacturing processesKnowledge of material properties, capabilities, and limitationsStrong technical competence and attention to detailWorking Afters (2-10pm) x 5 daysBasic - -22ph / Overtime -33.00phIND123
