My client are currently recruiting for skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team at their site in Bala. You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality stainless steel and other alloy components used in scientific vacuum systems and research applications. Terms and Benefits:Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (depending on skills and level of responsibility)Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 6:15am - 4:30pm (No working on Fridays)Contract: Permanent, full-timeAnnual Leave: 25 days per year plus bank holidaysOther Benefits: Company pension scheme, death in service cover, free car parkiKey objectives:Carry out TIG welding of stainless steel and other materials to a consistently high standardWork from engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and work instructionsEnsure dimensional accuracy and weld integrity, conducting visual inspections and finishing work to customer specificationsSupport wider fabrication activities including cutting, forming, fitting, and light assembly as requiredProactively identify and resolve fabrication or fitting issues during buildCollaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required standardMaintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace at all timesTake ownership of jobs from start to finish and support continuous improvement activities within the workshop ..... full job details .....
