We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join our client based in Syston, Leicestershire.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position with competitive pay and regular working hours.Key TIG Welding Responsibilities TIG welding a range of components and materials to a high standardReading and interpreting engineering drawings and welding specificationsPreparing, cleaning and setting up materials prior to weldingSelecting the correct welding equipment, settings and techniques for each jobProducing clean, precise and consistent welds with a strong focus on qualityCarrying out visual inspections of completed welds and identifying any defectsGrinding, finishing and dressing welds where requiredEnsuring all work is completed within required quality and production standardsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all relevant health and safety procedures and company guidelinesWorking effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in TIG weldingCan confidently read and understand engineering drawingsHas excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality workHas experience working with different materials and thicknessesCan work accurately ..... full job details .....
