TIG Welder

Connect Appointments is recruiting a TIG Welder to join an established Oldham-based manufacturer on a permanent basis.

Our client is an innovative manufacturing business producing specialist products across a range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, telecoms and food infrastructure.

What''s on offer?

• A full-time permanent position
• A four-day working week of Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm
• -14.00 to -16.00 per hour, dependent on experience

As a TIG Welder, your duties will include:

• TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium to a consistently high standard
• Working as part of a close-knit team on a varied range of manufacturing projects
• Using your own initiative to problem-solve and maintain quality throughout production
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures at all times

The ideal TIG Welder will have:

• A minimum of five years TIG welding experience with stainless steel and aluminium
• A high level of precision and attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude
