TIG Welder - Carlisle

We''re Hiring - an Experienced TIG welder

We''re looking for a skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join our team in Carlisle on a 2-3 month fixed-term contract however, if seen to be a great addition to the team, a contract can be offered.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a variety of structural and architectural metalwork projects within a dynamic and supportive team.

• TIG welding and fabrication of structural and architectural steelwork
• Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
• Working independently and managing your workload efficiently
• Ensuring a high standard of quality across all tasks

• Proven experience in a similar TIG Welder role.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Welding qualification to BS EN ISO 9606 (or willingness to achieve this standard)
• All current welding qualifications will be considered

• In-house training is available for candidates needing to update or achieve required welding qualifications
• Supportive working environment with opportunities for skill development
• A contract could be offered if you are seen to be a great addition to the team
