TIG Welders Wanted! - Northamptonshire (NN5)BE Recruitment are working with a manufacturer in the NN5 area of Northampton, currently looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their growing team.Working Hours and Pay:Monday to Thursday: 19:30 - 06:30Pay: 17 - 18 per hourKey Responsibilities and Skills:TIG welding with focus on 90% stainless steel and 10% ferrous materials, working with thicknesses ranging from 1.2mm - 3.0mm, with particular emphasis on 1.2mm - 1.5mm.Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Experienced in light gauge TIG welding, including back purging techniques.Capable of heavy gauge fabrication and completing projects from start to finish.Proficient in using tools such as grinders, orbital sanders, and saws.Knowledgeable in rolling and forming techniques.Accurate measuring with vernier calipers and tape measures to tight tolerances.Strong ability to inspect and check own work to ensure quality standards are met.Requirements:Previous TIG welding and manufacturing experience essentialAbility to work to targeted production timesStrong understanding of engineering drawingsAdhere to company policies and safety proceduresExperience in MIG welding and sheet metal processes is a plusDesirable Skills:Experience in TIG welding departmentsKnowledge of sheet metal/machining processesWhat''s in it for you?Full training providedOpportunities for career advancementCompany pensionFree onsite parking20 days holiday + bank holidaysStaff uniformCanteen ..... full job details .....
