This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement in education. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional pastoral and emotional support, delivering targeted interventions and helping to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can thrive.The role will involve:Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupilsDelivering Thrive-based interventionsSupporting students with emotional regulation, confidence, and social developmentBuilding positive relationships with pupils, staff, and familiesWorking alongside the pastoral and SEN teams to meet individual student needsThe ideal candidate will have:Thrive Practitioner training - essentialExperience working with secondary-aged pupilsA strong understanding of emotional wellbeing and behaviour supportExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA calm, patient, and nurturing approachThis role would suit someone with experience in pastoral support, behaviour mentoring, youth work, or SEN support within a school setting.
