      <description>Location: Runcorn | Salary: &amp;pound;200 - &amp;pound;230/day | Type: Permanent | Now Education are currently recruiting for a compassionate and experienced  Thrive Practitioner  to work within a supportive  PRU/SEND school in Runcorn . This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people who require additional emotional and behavioural support.  This role will initially be offered on a  temporary basis , with the opportunity to become  permanent after 12 weeks  for the right candidate.  The Role  You will work closely with pupils who may present with:    Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs   Autism and additional SEND   Challenging behaviour   Trauma-related barriers to learning   Using the  Thrive Approach , you will support pupils in developing emotional resilience, improving engagement, and building positive relationships within school.
