About the Role You will be responsible for the operation of thread rolling machines and supporting equipment, ensuring high quality standards, operational efficiency, and execution of priorities. This role will also ensure that the working area is organised, and housekeeping standards are maintained to minimise the risk of Foreign Object Debris (FOD). You may work as an individual or as part of a team as required for the nature of the specific jobs which are in production. This role requires a keen eye for detail and commitment to producing conforming components and operating in accordance with company procedures and policies.
