What You''ll Do* Coach and uplift Transfer Operations crew through regular huddles, 1:1s, and capability building in technical knowledge, quality, and behaviors to drive performance and engagement* Establish clear goals aligned with UKPI objectives while promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous learning* Manage day-to-day transfer cases (in-specie, cash, escalations) with empathy, accuracy, and clarity; meet SLAs/regulatory obligations, monitor risks/errors/delays, drive reductions in durations/aged cases/complaints, and implement corrective actions.* Collaborate with external providers (eg, FNZ, TeX, Origo) to ensure data quality, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance* Drive automation, quality, and efficiency improvements; contribute to initiatives like SmartOps and platform upgrades; represent Transfer Ops cross-functionally; enhance client outcomes through root-cause fixes with CX, Complaints, and ..... full job details .....
