Third Party Relationship Management Associate - JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 12 months contract - ONSITE - PAYEWe are seeking a Third Party Relationship Management Associate to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 12 months contract. For this role we will consider candidates with strong account management, stakeholder relationship management skills as well as candidates with banking operations experience keen on developing their skills.DescriptionThird Party Relationship Management (TPRM) team is the primary contact of third-party relationships which are managed on behalf of our clients, consisting of brokers, custodians and market utilities. We develop and sustain effective working relationships to ensure the highest quality of service from third parties is delivered in line with client expectations. Interactions include review of Custodian and Broker''s performance across services and products, deliverables achieved, opportunities for improvement, benchmarking of third-party universe, as well as understanding and dissemination of appropriate market changes and updates to clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.Job ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management of third party providers - Custodian, Brokers, Counterparties, Prime Brokerage, Clearing Brokers and Market Utilities.Partner with operational and client facing teams for core service improvements from third parties, and build strong working relationships with JPM internal teams and external third parties.Perform ..... full job details .....
