We are currently recruiting for a Third Party Claims Handler to join a well-established and reputable insurance business based in Bolton. The Role As a Third Party Claims Handler, you will manage a portfolio of Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims, ensuring cases are handled efficiently while delivering an excellent level of service to all parties involved. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of Third Party Motor and Property Damage claims. Prioritising your own workload and managing claims efficiently. Investigating claims and establishing liability. Handling more complex cases, including Liability and High Value claims. Liaising with solicitors, insurers, accident management companies and other third parties. Identifying and referring potentially fraudulent activity. Working closely with internal departments throughout the claims process. Delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
