This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across process development, vacuum deposition, quality, metrology and continuous improvement, helping to take new coating designs from development through to stable, high-volume production. You will work closely with RandD, manufacturing, quality and engineering teams to ensure coating processes consistently meet demanding optical, electrical and mechanical specifications.
