Noble Recruiting are working with a prestigious company based near Wickford who is seeking an experienced

Thermal Insulation Engineer

to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and excellent career prospects.

Please note:

A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the company’s location.

The Role:

As a Thermal Insulation Engineer, you’ll be working on commercial contracts across the UK, with most projects based in Essex and London. You’ll design, specify, and install insulation solutions to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance across a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities

Design and specify thermal insulation systems for piping, ductwork, equipment, and building envelopes

Carry out thermal and stress analysis to ensure compliance and performance

Supervise on-site installation and ensure quality standards are met

Select appropriate insulation materials based on project requirements

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate insulation into designs

Ensure all work complies with current regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practice

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience as an

industrial insulator

(essential)

Valid

BLUE CSCS card

and other relevant certifications

Strong knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
