Therapy Team Manager - Physio Location: Hitchin Salary: 49,383 - 55,647 per annum pro-rata ( 31,746 - 33,388 per annum) Hours: 22.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Overview We are a UK-based charity committed to improving the lives of individuals with brain injuries. We are seeking a Therapy Team Manager to lead a specialist team at our Hitchin location. This role offers the opportunity to drive service delivery, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure that our therapy services meet the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and delivery of therapy services, ensuring that all treatment programs are effectively managed from referral to discharge. Manage the caseload of the therapy team, ensuring efficient service delivery and that the needs of service users are met. Lead clinical governance activities, including managing clinical risk and ensuring adherence to national and local policies and guidelines. Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the therapy team, including providing leadership and support to team members.
