Therapy Lead- Addictions

Description Priory Eden House is looking to recruit a Therapy Lead to join the team. This is a full-time role/ 37.5 hours per week. We are seeking a candidate with experience in addictions work and a proven background in leading and managing a therapy team. Please only apply if you meet these essential criteria. Eden House is the first service in our brand new Division of Residential Addictions. Branded under "Flourish", Eden House will be the first Priory therapy-led residential programme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviours What you''ll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Therapy Lead , you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff including psychology, therapy, OT, assistants and any other specialisms that fall within the team''s therapy needs.
