Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated-Therapeutic Support Workers-to join our team in Basingstoke-on a-temp-to-perm-basis.

We take a-therapeutic, child-centred approach, placing the needs of every child at the heart of everything we do. Our team supports children and young people aged-8 to 18, providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where they can heal, grow, and thrive.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people.
• Building positive, trusting relationships through a therapeutic approach.
• Supporting young people with daily routines, education, and recreational activities.
• Encouraging independence, resilience, and personal development.
• Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to deliver the best outcomes for each child.
• Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures at all times.
