Service delivery and improvement, quality assurance (across the domains of safety, experience and outcomes), people leadership, strategic and operational management across the organisation for the following services: Talking Therapies, Speech and Language Therapies, Physiotherapies, Occupational TherapiesSkills and experience
Essential: Extensive experience as a Senior Clinician; experience leading/multiple clinical areas; service development and review experienceQualifications
Diploma/degree in relevant specialityLeadership and Management qualificationHCPC RegistrationPost Grad StudyMembership of relevant professional bodySkills
Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of clinical sub-specialityDemonstrate involvement and understanding of the audit processMaintain effective relationships with key stakeholdersOrganise and respond efficiently ..... full job details .....
