Purpose of the Role

The Therapeutic Residential Childcare Worker (TRCW) is responsible for providing high-quality, consistent care to children and young people living in a therapeutic residential environment. The role involves supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and trauma and attachment needs to heal, grow, and achieve positive outcomes.
