This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, resilient and compassionate practitioner who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.The Role:As a Therapeutic Integration Practitioner, you will work closely with pupils who may present with a range of SEMH, behavioural, emotional and additional needs. You will provide consistent, therapeutic support while helping pupils develop the confidence, emotional regulation and skills they need to engage positively with education.You will work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their individual therapeutic and educational programmes.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small-group therapeutic and pastoral support to pupils.Build positive, trusting and professional relationships with young people.Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour and social development.Implement individualised strategies and therapeutic interventions.Respond calmly and effectively to challenging or distressed behaviour.Work collaboratively with teachers, ..... full job details .....
