The Role

We are looking for compassionate and resilient Therapeutic Childcare Practitioners to join a nurturing residential setting where care, therapy, and development are fully integrated.

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping children recover from trauma and build brighter futures.

As a Therapeutic Childcare Practitioner, you will:

• Provide consistent care, nurture, and emotional support to children in a residential home
• Support children in their recovery from trauma within a safe, therapeutic environment
• Help build trust, confidence, and positive relationships
• Encourage emotional expression and support wellbeing
• Engage in reflective practice and contribute to a supportive team culture
• Promote stability, routine, and a sense of security in daily life

We will fully fund and support you to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
