The Role: As a Therapeutic Care Lead, you''ll work directly with children and young people while supporting care teams to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality care. You''ll help create positive outcomes by building meaningful relationships, promoting therapeutic practice and supporting service quality across multiple settings.
