Contract Type: Perm- Part time Duties and Responsibilities: - Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.- Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.- Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.- Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.- Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.Who we''re looking for: - Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction- Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)- Exceptional phone manner- Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential- Enthusiastic and energetic professionalBenefitsWe offer employed...
