      <description>Location: Elland | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Administrator | Theatres | Elland | Private hospital | Part-time 15 hours | Competitive Salary and Great benefits  Spire Elland Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Part-time Basis 15 hours over 2 days Wednesday &amp; Friday    Contract Type: Perm- Part-time  Duties and Responsibilities:   - Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.  - Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.  - Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.  - Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.  - Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.  - Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.  - Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.  - Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
