Contract Type: Perm- Full time Duties and Responsibilities: - Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies. - Maintaining computer and manual filing systems. - Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries. - Greeting and assisting visitors to the department. - Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues. - Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed. - Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
