We are now seeking Textile Operatives (Spinner and Twister) to join their production team.Spinner (Mule Spinning)Operating mule spinning machinery to produce high-quality yarnMonitoring machine performance throughout production runsPiecing up and repairing breaks in yarn as requiredEnsuring consistent yarn quality in line with production standardsCarrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults or issuesMaintaining a safe, clean and organised working areaWorking to production targets while maintaining attention to detailTwisterOperating twisting machinery to combine and strengthen yarn productsFeeding, loading and removing yarn packages from machinesInspecting yarn quality and identifying any defectsCarrying out minor adjustments to machinery where requiredHandling yarn with care to avoid damage or contaminationMaintaining accurate production records where neededWorking efficiently as part of a busy production teamEssentials Competencies:Some previous experience or basic understanding of textile ..... full job details .....
