We are looking for a Textile Operative to specialise in operating blending machinery within a supportive manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate blending machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth production flowsLoad raw materials as per production needs accurately and oversee machine operationsMonitor machinery and materials closely to identify and resolve any faults or inconsistenciesPerform regular quality checks to uphold high production standardsAdhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company proceduresSupport the team to maintain a smooth and productive workflowAssist with material handling, storage, and keeping your work area clean and organisedCandidate Profile:Previous experience in textiles, manufacturing, or similar production roles is preferredExceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to qualityReliable with good timekeeping and a solid work ethicAble to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced settingA supportive team player willing to contribute towards collective successA sound understanding of health and safety practices within an industrial environmentWhat We Offer:Comprehensive full training to equip you ..... full job details .....
