Test Technician

Test Technician Required to work for electronics manufacturer Based in Bedford Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional testing of electronic assemblies, PCBs, and finished products.Diagnose and fault-find down to component level on analogue and digital electronic circuits.Use test equipment including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analysers, and power supplies.Record test results, repair actions, and non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.Liaise with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.Ensure all work complies with quality standards, ESD procedures, and health and safety requirements.Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in electronic test based workStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skills to component level.Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and engineering drawings.Experience using:OscilloscopesDigital multimeters (DMM)Signal/function generatorsBench power suppliesLogic analysers (desirable)Good attention to detail and methodical approach to troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional InfoHours: (Apply online only) Mon-Thurs, plus Fri (Apply online only).Start Date: ASAP Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Proactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
