Disassemble/reassemble/clean & prepare customer field returns. Re-configure hardware to manually test products as necessary. Prompt identification of problems regarding process, quality and performance. Provide constructive feedback to Engineering and Management on technical and quality issues. Practical knowledge and experience of department test equipment. Provide cross training and support to other technical and operator staff. Visually inspect all types of product in accordance with defined inspection criteria, for defects and ensure that all inspection findings are recorded.
