Test technician, Mechanical and Electr

Test technician with good all round precision engineering mechanical, electronic and simulation test validation and verification experience required to join a comprehensive in house test facility. Component, product, mechanical and electronic / electrical testing, assembly and disassembly experience ideally with test equipment maintenance, calibration, environmental screening, modification, troubleshooting and repair skills will be put to great use in this role.

Role requirements
Electrical and/or mechanical apprenticeship ideally with ONC/HNC or other engineering qualifications.
Mechanical fitting or electrical experience.
Supporting design and development design teams with mechanical and electrical test fixtures.
Diagnosis and fault finding.
Mechanical assembly / electrical systems.
Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics and flow charts.
An eye of irregularities in data (e.g. over temperatures, over pressures).
