Test Technician

We are recruiting for a Test Technician to join a well-established business based in Billingshurst.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with electrical, electronics or product testing experience who enjoys a practical, hands-on role and is looking to develop their technical skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.You do not need to be a highly experienced Test Engineer for this position. However, you will need some previous practical experience within electrical/electronic testing, fault finding, manufacturing or a similar technical environment.The RoleWorking as part of the technical and quality team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and functional testing on products and electronic assemblies, ensuring they meet the required quality and safety standards.You will also assist with fault finding, technical investigations and product improvement activities, working closely with colleagues across production, quality and engineering.Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical and functional testing of products and electronic assembliesComplete routine production testing in line with quality and safety standardsFollow established test procedures and technical work instructionsAccurately record test results and maintain relevant documentationIdentify and report faults or product failuresAssist with fault diagnosis and investigation of failed productsSupport root cause analysis relating to product failures and quality returnsWork with ..... full job details .....
