Test Technician

Test Technician Our client is a specialist engineering business based in Hampshire, developing and manufacturing innovative technical products for demanding industrial and energy applications. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a hands-on Test Technician to join their small engineering team. The Role This is a varied, practical role supporting the Engineering Team with mechanical assembly, testing and data collection. You''ll work alongside engineers and workshop colleagues, helping ensure testing activities are completed safely and accurately. Full training will be provided where required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical engineering or manufacturing background looking to develop their technical skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare, assemble and test mechanical components and assemblies. Support engineering tests, collect data and assist with processing results and preparing reports. Follow testing procedures, maintain equipment and ensure work is completed safely and accurately. Record test results using computer systems and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency. Support general workshop activities, including preparing products for dispatch and assisting colleagues as required. What We''re Looking For Practical, hands-on experience in an engineering, manufacturing, mechanical or similar industrial environment.
