Test Supervisor - Electronics ManufacturingLocation: StevenageSalary: Competitive DOEJob Type: Permanent We are currently supporting an established engineering and electronics manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Test Supervisor to join their production team. This is a hands-on supervisory position, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Test function while supporting a team of Test Engineers and Technicians. The role would suit someone with a strong background in electronics test and fault-finding who is now looking to take on greater responsibility for people, workload and production performance. The Role As Test Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the Test Department operates efficiently, meeting production requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day workload of the Test Department. Allocate work across Test Engineers and Technicians in line with production requirements. Support the team with complex test and fault-finding issues. Carry out first-line checks and minor fault-finding on test equipment and test rigs. Assist with fault-finding across digital, analogue and RF electronic assemblies. Escalate more complex equipment and technical issues to the relevant engineering teams.
