Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams, the Test Specialist plays a key role in ensuring product integrity, compliance, and on-time delivery. Your responsibilities in this role include:Support test planning and readiness in line with production schedules and projectReview and contribute to test plans, procedures, and work instructionsExecute in-process, system-level, and final acceptance testing (FAT) on assembled unitsConduct mechanical, electrical, and integrated system testingPerform product inspections, fault finding, and diagnostics, ensuring clear reporting of issuesIdentify, raise, and support resolution of non-conformances (NCRs)Ensure all products meet defined quality gates before progression or deliveryMaintain accurate test records, certification packs, and traceability documentationCommunicate test progress, issues, and results to key stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives across test and production processesAssist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards and proceduresMaintain and calibrate test equipment and instrumentationEnsure adherence to 5S and housekeeping ..... full job details .....
