TEST SOLUTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER NEWBRIDGE PERMANENT MON TO THURS 8AM 5PM FRI 8AM 1PM COMPETIVE SALARY PLUS BENEFITS RSW are looking to recruit a Test Solutions and Development Manager for a permanent role with their client, a government contract electronic manufacturing service. Due to the nature of the business, all candidates will be subject to a Security Clearance check. Main Purpose of Role To understand, develop and manage the deployment of optimised test solutions for all existing and new customers and in doing so, transferring ownership of the test solution to the Company. To manage and develop the Company test service offering and capability in conjunction with the Production Test Manager ensuring that all agreed Quality, Capacity and Cost criteria are achieved ensuring total Customer satisfaction. To Communicate with all existing and new customers to understand their future technology road map to ensure the Company has provisioned the required capability and resource to deliver sustainable test solutions whilst ensuring profitability Outcomes of Role Documented Test Strategy for each and every Customer, existing and new. 100% On-time delivery of Customer Test Strategy guaranteed to achieve agreed specifications Proposed Test Strategies to be revenue generating and profitable by the elimination of lost cost and waste Job Scope: Responsibilities Understand Customer Technical requirement.
